Content Writer

JOB DESCRIPTION

If you are a freelance writer with experience in the topics on our site (3D printing, electronics repair, CAD, the general DIY area, etc.), then we would love for you to join our team.

The main tasks for this job are:

  • manage the development of articles from research to writing
  • write content for our website and guest post when needed

Our goal is to make writing as easy as possible for our writers. For each article, we will provide you with a detailed writing process and supporting documentation.

By working closely with our editorial team we will help you hone your skills and develop further as a writer.

As this is a remote job, you are free to work wherever and whenever you want.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate has:

  • knowledge in the topics that we cover on our site, along with the desire to keep learning.
  • experience writing the types of content we publish on our site (list articles, how-to guides, product reviews, buyer’s guides)
  • an informative and engaging writing style.
  • mastery of the English language, along with the skills needed to break down and explain complex concepts.
  • a basic understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing.
  • experience working as a freelancer in remote teams.
